GRAPHICS 1 - The goal for today is to work on the 3D TEXT tutorial. I would like to use your own NAME and COLORS. Post it to your blog when you finish. If you finish early, go back and finish up an "IN PROGRESS" projects.
GRAPHICS 2 - Work on the GAMEBOY TECHNICAL DRAWING. I would like you to do the Steps 1 and 2 in ILLUSTRATOR and the rest in PHOTOSHOP. The key to this project is to make it look precise and realistic. You may use different colors and patterns from the ones in the tutorial, but anticipate some effects looking different.

We are going to start small and work up. Some things we need to accomplish. An AD CONCEPT, A SCRIPT, A STORYBOARD, and THE SHOOT. The first three items are pretty straight forward. THE SHOOT is very complex and I will be back at that stage to help you.

30 SECOND COMMERCIAL Template. Clicking on this link will take you to my LISTING FOLDER. Download the WORD document called 30 SECOND COMMERCIAL and you will see what I want turned in for the AD CONCEPT. You can actually just place your info onto this template.
You have 30 seconds exactly to sell me a product. The commercial should have a beginning, middle, and end (about a sentence for each). By the end of the commercial you must have shown how the product made your life better and given us a CALL TO ACTION. A call to action is literally telling the audience what you want them to believe. The PITCH is you telling me in complete sentences what happens in the commercial. The logo is the official logo. The tagline is their official tagline (they may have several). Target Audience is what group of people you are targeting. The boy and his dad in my COCOA COLA CONCEPT would not necessarily appeal to woman or the elderly. Feel free to look online for commercial VIDEOS. Keep it appropriate.
